6 of us set off from Edale car park with low cloud, a little drizzle and our thoughts on the 3 Peak challenge walkers. We started through Edale until the Nags head then turned to climb up to Grindslow Knoll where the first break was taken. The views are breath taking and the weather cleared a little so we could admire them. Around Kinder scout on the new paved path to Kinder low. Swines’ back was the next destination with lunch been taken at the trig point. After lunch it was the descent down taking in Jabcob’s ladder, from there on to Upper booth where we connected with the Pennine way back to Edale. Refreshments where at the Rambler inn.
