Hardwick Hall, Hardwick Inn, Ault, Hucknall, Newboundmill
Mill Lane is closed, so a detour is required to arrive at the start of the walk:
Leave M1 at Junction 29.
Turn RIGHT onto the A6175 towards Clay Cross.
At the second mini roundabout turn LEFT onto Tibshelf Road, B 6039.
At Hardstoft, immediately before The Shoulder pub, turn LEFT onto Deep Lane.
At the end of Deep Lane (T junction) turn LEFT. Just before going under the motorway, turn RIGHT into the car-park. You have arrived. Allow an extra 10 minutes to your journey time. It is a 10 am start (clocks go back this weekend). Please bring a packed lunch. This is a good walk for Thursday walkers to try a Sunday walk.
